Will we ever watch the videos again?

This is a common question that I still can’t wrap my head around really. If I had a video of the biggest day of my life filled with all my family, friends, laughter, tears, vows, speeches, love, joy etc you’d struggle to get me to STOP watching it! Maybe I’m biased but I don’t think there’s anything more special than watching the videos as a couple for the first time and reliving your day over and over again, because who said your wedding can only last for a day?! You can literally have your wedding to keep, forever! Show it to your kids, play it on your anniversaries, send it to your friends, grandparents, guests, ANYONE!

Do you take photos too or just film?

I think photography and videography are two VERY different professions, so I will always just stick to what I know and make it the best I possibly can. I worry that if I took on photography too one or both of the products wouldn’t be of the standard that I would be happy with and are known for. I know, and have worked with some AMAZING photographers over the years, who I’m happy to recommend (just ask in your email). As for those I haven’t worked with yet, you can rest assured that I will work well with anyone you choose to hire and will try my very best to keep out of their way just as they would for me!

Can we meet you?

Of course! I’m a wedding addict and people person and I can’t wait to meet you and talk through your plans. Once your deposit is paid and it’s closer to your wedding date we will organise a pre wedding meeting to go through times, places etc. We can meet somewhere and have a drink or even meet at your house, it’s up to you! Sometimes it’s hard to organise around busy lives so I’m happy to FaceTime/Zoom too. If you haven’t booked yet and haven’t met me before please feel free to give me a call or FaceTime to discuss your wedding videography with me - 07864267266. Also if you have any hesitations maybe having a look through ‘Reviews’ might help to ease your mind too?

I hate being in front of cameras,

why would I have a video?

SO DO I! I’m not sure there’s many people in the world who like being filmed or photographed! Theres a few things I say to people who dislike cameras ‘in their face’…

  1. I am not an ‘in your face’ videographer. I simply document from afar.

  2. There’s no difference between being photographed and videoed - except for maybe a tiny microphone clipped onto you for your speech.

  3. Believe it or not your wedding day isn’t just about you! It’s about your guests, your venue, the outfits, the flowers - everything! Your films will not be 10 whole minutes worth of just you. It will capture natural emotions and memories of you as a couple and everything else happening on your day.

  4. I don’t ask you to do anything on your day other than enjoy yourself (and maybe go slow walking down the aisle!) so you often don’t even realise that I’m there. So many of our reviews comment on how I’m ‘more like a guest’ and ‘we barley realised you were there!’
