Frequently Asked Questions

Start by filling out my enquiry form and I’ll send over my brochure with all the details. From there, we can arrange a relaxed “get to know each other” call if you’d like to chat through any questions.
Ready to go ahead? I’ve made the booking process really simple. You’ll be able to view your contract and pay your deposit at the click of a button, all stored for you to find later down the line. Once your deposit is paid, your date is officially secured.
As your wedding gets closer, we’ll have a catch-up call a few weeks before to run through your plans in detail. Then before you know it, the day arrives.
All you need to do is enjoy every moment… and I’ll take care of capturing it all.

I know how exciting it is to relive your day, so I always aim to deliver your films between 8-12 weeks while still giving them the care they deserve.
Your wedding film isn’t just edited, it’s carefully crafted, and never ever rushed. If it’s going to take any longer (which is very rare), I’ll absolutely keep you in the loop. Trust me, it’ll be worth the wait.

I get asked this a lot, and honestly… I can’t quite get my head around it.
If I had a film of one of the biggest days of my life, filled with all my favourite people, the laughter, the tears, the vows, the speeches… you wouldn’t be able to stop me watching it.
There’s something so special about sitting down together for the first time and reliving it all. And it doesn’t stop there. Watch it on your anniversaries, share it with family, show your future kids… your wedding doesn’t have to last just one day. With a film, you get to keep it forever and honestly in 20 years, it will only become that more special.
-
Absolutely! I’m based in Leicestershire, but I’m more than happy to travel for weddings.
Whether you’re getting married locally or planning something a little further afield, just let me know your plans and I can talk you through everything.
-
Honestly… so do I. And you’re definitely not alone, most people feel exactly the same.
That’s why my approach is completely relaxed and unobtrusive. I’m not an “in your face” videographer, I simply capture everything as it naturally happens, from a distance.
In reality, there’s very little difference between being photographed and filmed. The only extra might be a small microphone during speeches, and that’s it.
And remember, your wedding isn’t just about being on camera all day. It’s about your guests, your venue, the details, the atmosphere, all the moments that make your day what it is. Your film won’t be ten minutes of you posing, it will be a collection of natural, genuine moments shared between you and everyone around you.
I won’t ask you to perform or do anything unnatural. The only thing I want is for you to enjoy your day (and maybe walk a little slower down the aisle!). Most couples tell me they barely noticed I was there, that I felt more like a guest than a supplier.
And that’s exactly how it should be.

I focus purely on videography.
Photography and videography are completely different crafts, and I believe in doing one thing really well. By specialising in film, I can give you the quality and experience TinBox is known for.
I’ve worked with some amazing photographers over the years and I’m always happy to recommend a few. And if you’ve already chosen yours, don’t worry, I’ll work seamlessly alongside them and make sure we’re never in each other’s way.
-
Of course, I’d love to.
I’m a total wedding person and genuinely enjoy getting to know my couples. Once you’re booked and your date is getting closer, we’ll arrange a pre-wedding call to go through all the details.
If you haven’t booked yet and want to chat things through first, feel free to give me a call or FaceTime. And if you need a little reassurance, have a look through my reviews or social media too 🤍

I carefully select music that fits your film perfectly and enhances the emotion of your day.
Because of licensing, I’m not always able to use specific songs, but I’ll always choose something that feels right for you and your story.

I come fully prepared for your day with backup equipment and a plan for anything unexpected.
Weddings are unpredictable, but that’s where experience comes in. My job is to stay calm, adapt, and make sure everything is still captured beautifully no matter what happens.
-
I focus on delivering beautifully edited films rather than raw footage, as this is where the real magic happens.
However, I do offer a ‘Documentary Edit’ which is all your raw footage back to back with natural audio to give you everything from your day. Chat to me about adding this to your package or watching one from my archives!
